Full Color Flexographic Beer Label printing is a big part of what we do at Rose City Label!

If you have longer run sizes, or items that will repeat over and over again, the traditional high-speed flexo press is the answer.

Full color, flexographic label printing is a huge part of what we do atRose City Label. By printing with the various process colors, our inline label process combines yellow ink with the other colors to put together a beautiful, full color label. Magenta, then cyan, and finally a spot color of blue complete this label, which is then overlaid with a black text shown here.

Once all these colors are laid down, a high quality UV varnish is added to protect the label and keep it from scuffing. Because the label moves so fast, a freeze frame camera is used to ensure that the entire label is kept in perfect registration. Die cutting is handled at the end of the press so the final labels are finished in a press roll ready to be finished, inspected, and sent to you.
